Sir
This is to bring to your kind attention that the machines supplied by
your firm by bill no: 5632 dated July 24, 2013 to our company are found to be
faulty i.e. they are not performing as per specifications.
The Drill Machines sent by your firm are faulty. They are having different problem in
each piece, some of are not working to their assigned RPM, some are having
different dimensions as per specification. This is causing our company
a huge problem and loss as we are lagging behind in achieving our targets given
by our customers. Management has asked to take some serious steps against this
problem because the reputation for our company is at stake.
On the
behalf of our company I would like you
to replace the tools ASAP and this time before supplying please do the required
quality check to ensure the tools are working as per specifications.
