SUBJECT: Defect in the supplied machinery
I would like to bring into notice that the machinery that you
supplied on 29 july 2013, are found to be malfunctioning. The machine have some
kind of technical fault in them and that's why they are not working properly.
Sue to the failure of machinery our company is lagging in terms of
orders. We are not able to produce required amount of goods. The demand is on
peak and we have to fulfil their oder.
I hope you understand our the situation we are in and i hope that
you will get into the problem and soon resolve it.
