SUBJECT: COMPLAINT REGARDING FAULTY MACHINES
RESPECTED SIR
This letter is in reference to the order no. 1216 placed by
our firm on 20th July 2013. Our firm had placed an order of 20 lathe
machines worth Rs.20000 each. The machines reached on 1st August
2013.
On examining the machines, our chief engineer observed a problem
in the working of some machines. The machines are not working in a usual
manner. A strange sound was observed in eight machines when they were switched
on. This is causing inconvenience to us as we have to complete important orders
ASAP.
I request you to kindly replace the defected machines latest
by one week. This kind of service is not expected by an esteemed organization.
