Respected sir,
This to bring kind attention that the
machine supplied by your firm on bill no :-8804 dated 12 July 2013 to my
company are found to be faulty i.e they are not performing their required
operations correctly.
The machine you sent has started making
noise when we did work on them and the machines are not running at the required
RPM. Due to the fault we are not able to manufacture our goods from the machines. This has resulted in our production unit
failure to supply the quantity of products required by our customers.
I hope you correctly understand the
problem faced by us. Please look after this problem yourself and try to solve
it up as early as possible.
