SUBJECT-complain of faulty products
This letter is in reference to the order no. 12345 placed by
our company on 25 july. we placed an order of few engines and car parts. on
examining the machines, we observed that your
engines and car parts are not working properly.car parts are having some
cracks in them. car engines are having some strange sound when they are
switched on. This is causing inconvenience to us as we have to complete
important orders ASAP.
I request you to kindly replace the
defected machines latest by one week. This kind of service is not expected by
an esteemed organization. I look forward for a prompt response from you.
