Respected Sir

This to bring to your kind attention that the machines supplied by your firm on bill no: 4576 dated 21 july 2013 to my company are found to be faulty i.e. they are not performing their required operations

Correctly.

The machines supplied by your firm are  faulty .Basically there is some internal problem in the machine due to which there is some obstruction in the movement of drilling head and also it is not running at the required rpm. Due to the fault we are not able to manufacture our goods from it. This has resulted in our production unit  failure  to  supply the quantity of products required by our customers. This is not good for the reputation of our company .There is a pressure from management to take necessary action immediately.

I hope you correctly understand how critical the situation is .Please look after this problem yourself and try to solve it up as early as possible.
