subject-defect in voltage regulator
dear sir
on 4 July 2013, we bought a voltage regulator,skybird for rs4000.00 from a messrs nitin bajaj electrical and co,rohini delhi-110085, one of your authorized dealers.The voltage regulator having idno 500457f and provided guarantee for 5-6 months.
It worked well for 1 week ,but after one week it started producing sound.I talked to seller regarding the same but he avoided me by saying it is a minor fault.He had taken voltage regulator for repairing purpose and returned to us after 7 days. Then afetr 2 days ,it has started producing sound again but this time it has damaged our AC too.
Now we are feed up with the seller,who selled it. As it dismiss the trouble by saying as a minor one and return it after repairs.The fact that the stabilizer has developed trouble thrice with in a week indicates that there is manufacturing defect.
I,therefore,request to arrange a replacement for the stabilizer . It would great if stabilizer would be replaced in coming 4 days.
