SUBJECT:COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY MACHINES
Respected Sir
The reason I am writing this letter is to bring you up to notice on the 10 printing machines that you had delivered to us on 20th July 2013 in response to our letter having reference number Machines/DC/2.The machines have some faults in them since they are not working and would like you to supply us new ones.
Two of them have been printing blank sheets even after checking the cartridge which is full.One is making disturbing noise when printing and is causing harm to the workers ears.Some are printing half coloured and half black and white sheets.While most of them are showing some faults only three have been working perfectly.It is a huge problem which we are facing as the machines are not working up to our standards.
I request you to have a look at these machines and see if the faults can be repaired.In the mean time we would be grateful if you could send us new printing machines to continue our work.We would not like our customers to suffer so it would be kind if you could fix the problem as soon as possible.
