Sir

I am Manpreet Singh from engineering department in german motors corporation.I wrote this letter to inform you that the machines you sent has some defects and are malfunctioned due to which it is not working properly.

The drilling machines and cutting machines you sent has started making noise and are giving off smoke when we did work on them.I think that it may be due to the improper working of bearings present in them.

Kindly send someone from your inspection field urgently as our manufacturing is getting delayed due to lack of machines and make it working properly and powerfully.
