Subject – Replacement of
faulty machines.
Sir,
At the end of July 2013 we
took delivery of some of your world class machines. After its equipment in the
production unit the machine has broke down several times. The breakdown has let
to a pause in the production process for the last two days and hence a huge loss.
Your local technician attended our call and has found serious faults in
bearings and input power supply on
consult which is really complicated. It is clear that the machine is defective
and we no longer can permit the interruption caused by repeated breakdown.
We have been subscribing
your products since years due to your reputation and quality of machineries and
we still keep confidence in you.
Please let me know when we
can expect delivery of a replacement.
