Sub: Complaint regarding the
faulty machine bought.
On 1st
August 2013, I bought a drilling machine of serial number D2526 from your
company’s main outlet in Noida sector 63.
Unfortunately,
your product has not performed up to the expectations. The machine broke down
within two days of use. The oil started leaking and the drill rate became very
low. We tried solving the minor defects but the machine still doesn’t work
properly.
To resolve
the problem, I would highly appreciate if you could replace or repair the
machine as soon as possible. The receipt and warrantee card are attached in
this letter.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and
will wait till 16th August before seeking help from a customer
protection agency. Please contact me at the mentioned address.
