Sub: Complaint regarding the
faulty machine bought.
On 25st
July 2013, I bought a Lathe machine of serial number LP760 from your company’s main product outlet in Noida sector 12.
Unfortunately,
your product has not performed up to the expectations. The machine broke down
within five days of use. The file in the lathe machine broke down within a few
hours of purchase. We tried solving the defects but the machine still doesn’t
work properly.
To solve the
problem, I would highly appreciate if you could replace the machine as soon as
possible. The purchase receipt and warrantee card are attached in this letter.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and
will wait till 10th August before seeking help from a customer
