This is to bring to your kind notice that the order no. 3a-2013 placed by our company on 15 june have been encountered with various problems such as carbon deposits, ash deposits, pre-ignition, high speed glazing.
Due to malfunctioning of these parts we are not able to produce our goods which is causing our company a great loss. Only 20 days are left for our next order which we have to complete and if we are not able to do that it will cost our company a great amount.
I hope you would understand our situation and solve our problems by supplying us with new ones.
