Subject : Replacement of defective
inverter batteries
Many of our customers have been
complaining about your super electra 24*7 batteries.
These batteries are clearly not giving optimum
performance and we have had to refund money to atleast ten customers for these
batteries come with money back guarantee. The battery had no complaints
whatsoever earlier. It only occurred in the batteries we received in the last
shipment. We are returning the defective batteries along with receipts of money
paid back.
May we suggest you to investigate if
anything went wrong at the manufacturing level. We request you to replace the
batteries expeditiously.
