Subject- complaint regarding faulty tools

Respected sir,

This letter is in reference with my order dated 18^TH July 2013 bearing invoice no. 234789. We have received our order on 2^nd august 2013, and on inspection it was found that 15 nos. of an item namely Xpht-160412-thm(grooving insert) and 14nos of another item namely Ttel-25252-t17 (grooving insert holder)  were found defective and so needs an immediate replacement.

So I hereby request you to immediately send the replacement of the following parts as soon as possible to as to avoid any hindrance in the operation of the plant.
