Subject:-Complain of faulty product.
Respected sir,
I am hereby writing this letter to get this
under your knowledge that i purchased a personal computer from your company and
from the last few days it has been constantly hanging up and sometimes it
refuses to even start. I lodged a complaint in your customer care 2 weeks back
and i am still not getting any reply or assurance to whether it will get
repaired. I purchased this computer on the basis of your claims of giving high
priority service to your customers. It is under warranty as i have purchased it
only few months back. I am telling this for sure if i will be treated like this
then i am going to lodge a complaint against you in consumer court.
As you have mentioned it in your warranty
terms you will provide any assistance if there is a problem kindly send someone
who can assess the problem of computer and make it work like before. I will be
very grateful to you.
