Subject- default in machinery brought in.

Respected sir,

We had noticed some sought of defaults in the machinery that you have delivered us on the 1^st august of this month. The machines are having some technical defects in them. They are not working up to the mark.

This problem had led our company’s productivity to the lower aspects .We are having shortage and unavailability in production of goods.

I hope you will definitely understand our position and hope you will try to solve it.
