Subject- complaint regarding faulty printer

Respected sir/ma’am

 I bought a HP F24040 ink jet printer from your store  on 1^st august 2013 for rs 3500.

After 2 3 uses the machine is giving me plenty of problems. The Machine has a lot of faults , It stops working after every 15 20 mins and then takes a lot of time to start working properly again. It also shows the low ink sign. I have tried putting new cartridges but sill the sign remains.

 I request that you replace the machine or refund my money. I have the receipt in support of my claim. Please respond soon.
