Subject:  Supply  of faulty tubine gauges.

This letter is in reference to the order no. 1216 placed by our firm on 20^th July 2013. Our firm had placed an order of 100 turbine gauges priced at Rs.2000/- each. The order  reached on 2^st August 2013.

The gauges were examined after receiving the shipment and the engineers have found 40 specimens unfit to be used at the plant site. So the defected specimens have been packed and sent back as such at your production facility.

We hope an immediate response from your firm and replacement of the product as soon as possible. Looking forward for your cooperation.
