Re: Faulty Machine
This letter is in reference with our order dated 21st July
2013 bearing invoice no. 742901 of a HP Laserjet Printer model no. 3055. We
received our order on 24th July 2013, and on inspection it was found
that the machine you delivered was faulty.
Initially, the machine was working perfectly fine. But one week after
its purchase the printer started giving problems. Often, the printer does not
respond to the commands given to it. One command has to be given multiple times
for it to work. Even the papers get stuck in the printer sometimes and the
printer starts making noises. I checked the user manual to understand what the
problem was, but nothing helped. The machine therefore, is not fulfilling its
purpose properly and this is causing a lot of inconvenience in our
day-to-day functions.
Since printer is still in the warranty period, I kindly request you to
either replace the defected machine or refund the money paid to you, latest by one
week.
