Sir,
This is to inform you that Mp3 speakers Model no.
BD123 that I ordered a week before are defective.The sound is not clear enough
and the controller knob is also broken.
I am not at all happy with your delivery services
and kindly request you to send for the neccesory help as soon as possible.Its a
request and hope will not be forced to take any strict action further.
