SUBJECT: Complaint of a faulty printer.
Sir
This letter is to bring to your kind
attention that, on 30 July I
purchased a printer named Workstation xs4300 from one of your
shops. The problem that I am receiving is that from day two of its usage, this
printer of yours is giving very faint
print on the paper. I thought that there must be less ink in the cartridge,
so I replaced it with a new one. But problem was still there. Also sometimes
the paper jams in between while coming out.
I have been talking to your customer care
executive for the past three days. He is not responding to my complaint. All he
has to say is that he will look forward to my complaint and it will be done in
1-2 days.
I request to look forward to my
complain and replace my printer as soon as possible. I am sending a copy of
bill enclosed in this letter. My
Complaint no. is 56563265. I am
looking forward to a positive response from your side.
