With due regards this letter is to bring to your kind notice the faults in the ‘Haier Compact Refrigerators’ that your company has delivered to our manufacturing outlet; carrying Order no. Refrig/36594690005646 dated 28^th July 2013 in response to our letter having Ref no. Haier/Refrig/967155 dated 20^th July 2013 which contained the order and specifications of the Compact Refrigerators, Model No. A113 as required by our company.

We are getting constant complains from the costumers. The machines are a total of 60 in number out of which 35 are sold. The regulator motors in the refrigerators are running constantly leading to the risk of overheating and breaking completely. Second problem in some pieces is the faulty Temperature Control Dial, as a result of which the costumers are claiming for an exchange or money back.

Since we are having only the old stock of refrigerators up for sale, you are hereby requested to either replace these faulty machines or send someone who can repair them since they are in warranty, as soon as possible.

SUBJECT: Complaint of a faulty printer.

  Sir

  This letter is to bring to your kind attention that, on 30 July I purchased a  printer named Workstation xs4300 from one of your shops. The problem that I am receiving is that from day two of its usage, this printer of yours is giving very faint print on the paper. I thought that there must be less ink in the cartridge, so I replaced it with a new one. But problem was still there. Also sometimes the paper jams in between while coming out.

                I have been talking to your customer care executive for the past three days. He is not responding to my complaint. All he has to say is that he will look forward to my complaint and it will be done in 1-2 days.

               I request to look forward to my complain and replace my printer as soon as possible. I am sending a copy of bill enclosed in this letter.  My Complaint no. is 56563265. I am looking forward to a positive response from your side.

This letter is in reference to the order no. 1216 placed by our firm on 20^th July 2013. Our firm had placed an order of 100 turbine gauges priced at Rs.2000/- each. The order  reached on 2^st August 2013.

The gauges were examined after receiving the shipment and the engineers have found 40 specimens unfit to be used at the plant site. So the defected specimens have been packed and sent back as such at your production facility.

The Parts Contained Six Dozens Of Collars,Twenty Five Dozens Of 1/2” Lead Screws, Two Dozens Of Sprockets And 5 Roller Chains.

But Now I Am In Order To State You That The Collars Provided To Me Were Of Unusual Sizes Against My requirement And It Cannot be Fixed To My CNC Machines.

So Sir It Is My Humble Request To Exchange The Given Collars And provide Me Collars As per My Requirements Soon

This is to inform you that the machineries delivered by you to our company on 26 July 2013 with reference to invoice number SIL/2013/331 are not up to the mark. The parts used in the machineries are not of compatible standards and are not viable as per their cost. Also, some of your machineries are under wear and tear from rust. The machineries do not have proper alignment, fittingsand also deal a problem of leakage.

The list of faulty  machineries is as follows:
1) Vices
2) CNC machine
3) 1 HP Motor

Therefore, I am entitled to have the machineries replaced and would request that you confirm that the machineries would be replaced within next seven days.
I would also like to confirm that you would bear or imburse the cost of transportation of these machineries to be replaced. I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of  this letter.

SUBJECT- Complain of Corseca Headset

Respected Sir

On August 1, I bought a Byte Corseca BT Stereo Headset from your store. When I got the headset home, I found that the sound quality is not good when I listen songs. Moreover it also has the call facility but there is always a disturbance while talking to someone in a call. I can’t hear the single word of the person properly. Even it was not connected to my laptops. The charger of the headset also not working well.

Before this I have tried two or more times to contact customer care centre but they are not giving suitable replies to my query.

The product contains one year of warranty which states that you will either repair or replace the damaged set within a year of purchase. I request you to repair or change my product. I assure if you will not take the suitable action under 2-3 days than I have to file a complaint in the consumer court against you and your company.
