Respected sir,

I am hereby writing this letter to get this under your knowledge that i purchased a personal computer from your company and from the last few days it has been constantly hanging up and sometimes it refuses to even start. I lodged a complaint in your customer care 2 weeks back and i am still not getting any reply or assurance to whether it will get repaired. I purchased this computer on the basis of your claims of giving high priority service to your customers. It is under warranty as i have purchased it only few months back. I am telling this for sure if i will be treated like this then i am going to lodge a complaint against you in consumer court.

As you have mentioned it in your warranty terms you will provide any assistance if there is a problem kindly send someone who can assess the problem of computer and make it work like before. I will be very grateful to you.

This letter is in reference to the order no. ABC/2013/2213  placed by our company on 20 july. The machines have some faults in them since they are not working and would like you to supply us new ones.

 Due to the failure of machinery our company is lagging in terms of orders. We are not able to produce required amount of goods. The demand is on peak and we have to fulfil their oder.

Unluckly, your machines has not performed up to the expectations. The machine broke down within two days of use. Due to the fault we are not able to manufacture our goods from it. This has resulted in our production unit  failure  to  supply the quantity of products required by our customers.

I request you to kindly replace the defected machines latest by one week. This kind of service is not expected by an esteemed organization. I look forward for a prompt response from you.

I have written this letter to inform you about the purchase of a headphone of sony model no (MC 220) bill no BE 373 two days ago and I am hugely disappointed by your product.

The product was supposed for sports purpose but it does not stick in ears while running . It does not even provide the same base as used to at the time of purchase its battery consumption is quite high as compared to the one mentioned in your catlog . On a whole the product dit not satisfy my expectation and I am very much disappointed with it.

I expect you to understand my problem and and would appreciate if the product could be exchanged or my payment be refunded.

This is to bring to your kind attention that the carburetors sent by you with reference to our order US/CARB/1233 are defective. The carburetors supplied by you are not working properly due to which we are not able to complete our automobile manufacturing on time and we are lagging behind in our targets.

The carburetors supplied have different problems . Some get flooded , while in some choke is not opening properly and in some others their is venting system failure.

On behalf of our company I would like you to please cooperate and replace all the carburetors as soon as possible and make sure that the replaced ones are working properly.
