The third comm skills class was held on 21st July 2014. The first module was continued from where we had stopped in the last lecture.The main topics covered in the class were synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, homophones, homographs, idioms and phrases.Homophones- words with similar sound but different meaning.Homonyms- words with similar spelling and pronunciation but different meaning.Homographs- words which are visually same but have a different pronunciation.
